(Thematic Output) Change Starts Within Us

Empowering women refers to giving women the ability to make decisions for themselves. Women have endured a huge amount at the hands of men over the years. They were classified as if they didn't exist in ancient times. As if all rights, including the right to vote, belonged to men. Women became more aware of their influence as time passed. The revolution for women's empowerment started there.

Women have always fought for their freedom, fair rights, and equality since the dawn of creation. Gender stereotypes are so impervious that it takes years for them to be gradually eradicated from our culture. It still exists today, but there has been a significant change in how people perceive a woman's actions. Being a woman is challenging enough without having to contend with misogynists on a regular basis or hearing offensive comments if anyone attempts to speak up for themselves. Women are not objects, we weren't created for the pleasures and desires of others. Women face obstacles all over the world when it comes to thriving and realizing their full potential. We've come to shake things up and make the world a better place.

The 2021 National Women's Month Celebration is a tribute, a voice, and a call to action that recognizes ordinary Juanas exceptional contributions to society as trailblazers and change agents. This scheme also serves as a forum for discussing and addressing the challenges that women continue to face in order to achieve full empowerment. The movement is also a rallying cry for meaningful, long-term solutions. Fighting against the institutions that control many groups of people and pushing for equality for all is what feminism is all about. It entails fighting for intersectionality and recognizing the impact of race, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status on feminism. It entails holding civil discussions with people with whom we strongly disagree in order to push for change. It entails deciding on a course of action.

We have the power to shift stereotyped societal norms and biases that keep today's girls from excelling in education, athletics, the arts, and science, and from being tomorrow's strong and influential women. In order to make “the change we need” it is of great significance that we discuss the issues concerning the realization of full and equal rights for girls and continue launching projects to attract public attention and raise due awareness to support tomorrow’s successful women. As human beings, we must continue to support girls in order to raise strong women who break new ground and contribute to their families, societies, and countries by thinking, working, and producing.

The value of feminism and women empowerment is based on a basic fact - the principle of equality is not, and has never been in threat. However, if men want to achieve equality, they must first embrace a truth that surrounds them, society places men in positions of power. This isn't to minimize how men feel, or whether or not they're just "monsters." Instead, it should be said that the whole point of feminism is to get women up to the same social and economic level as men, which is currently a higher tier.

Gender equality is an important element in empowering women. Men and women are on an equal footing. Men must realize that women are not born with the ability to run a household. They certainly need and are capable of doing more. Women should be granted the freedom to choose their own careers and be self-sufficient in the world. We must change our perspective and promote women's empowerment by assisting the women in our lives in gaining power in our home and in society. You must empower yourself as a girl and woman in society by being independent and displaying your strength in all facets of life. Let us empower our country's women in all spheres of work. We stand in unity for the safety of our environment. There's no way women can do.

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” — Gandhi
